God Is With Us
Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. Matthew 1:23 (KJV)
We don’t have to fear the future because God is with us. We don’t know the future, but He does- so we can look to God to guide us each step along the way and give us what we need. We can be assured that God is with us and for us.
We don’t have to worry about how things will work out, We know, based on who God is and what He says in His Word, that He will work things out for our good as we pray, trust Him, and allow Him to have His way. This means letting Him do what’s best for us even when we are hurt or don’t understand everything. God does, and we can look to Him to provide, open the right doors, give us favor, and do what only He can do. We have to trust in Him and His perfect timing and methods.
We need to relax and know that since God is with us, things will turn out just as God has planned and promised. Everything’s going to be all right in Christ.
Say this out loud right now:
“I don’t have to fear for God is with me. I don’t have to worry because He is right here. He’s not going anywhere, and He is working all things out for my benefit.”
God will stick to us like glue. He will not let go of us. He’s got us, and He’s got an awesome future for us. Because He is ever-present, things are always improving, and the best is yet to come. Our lives will be better, brighter, and bigger because God is with us.
And lo, I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:20 (Amplified Bible, AMP)
