Never Overlooked By God
Believers in humble circumstances ought to take pride in their high position. James 1:9 (New International Version, NIV)
We may be in a low place- in our jobs, where we live, what we are unable to do, what we don’t know or understand, etc. God’s plans and promises are bigger than any problem.
God sees not only where you are now, but where you will be. Our circumstances may not be the most comfortable right now, but don’t be concerned. Remember that you are more than what you currently have in the natural. You have more in the spirit, in the heavenly realm, than here on earth. Hold your head up for though you may have a low position on earth, you know you have a high position in Christ. You are seated in heavenly places and you have a heavenly inheritance. You are actually better off than many people on earth who have material wealth. True riches are eternal and will last long after theirs is gone.
Salvation is the most valuable of all commodities and as a believer you already have that. Yet, by faith you can tap into the rest of what belongs to you in the earthly realm now. It is yours in Christ. Read the will, the promise of our inheritance, which is the Word of God. Find out all the good things Jesus Christ has left you. Begin to claim all that is yours now and God will move you from the back to the front, from the bottom to the top. You are never overlooked by God.
