True Love Never Dies

Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it: if a man would give all the substance of his house for love, it would utterly be contemned. Song of Solomon 8:7 (KJV)

True love never dies, yet true love would die for someone else. Think on that for a moment.

Jesus laid down His life for us. Jesus would rather die for us because of His love for us than to not love us. He loved us to the point of death so we could live. That shows how much He loves us. Although Jesus died for us, His love never dies. He loved us to His dying breath and He loved us beyond that. He showed us how far He would go to give us His love- all the way to hell and back.

Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it. You can’t kill love. Love is indestructible. Love lives to love.

And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. I Corinthians 13:13 (NKJV)

You can’t buy love because love is freely given and freely received. Love is priceless; you can’t put a price tag on true love. This is true because love is the greatest thing- God is love. God lives on forever, therefore His love lives on forever. He will love us forever. Love lives to love, and Love loves forever.
