Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. Psalm 90:2 (KJV)

Everything begins and ends with God. Life begins with God, and it ends with God. Yet, all who know Jesus will live forever with the Lord.

Nothing in life lasts but God. Youth, beauty, fame, riches, possessions- we could all of the temporary things that don’t last. We live in a fallen world and sin brings an end to things. However, Jesus brings a new beginning to those who choose Him. They will live on for all eternity with Him. We will last and live on with the everlasting God. He will outlast everything because He is everlasting and all things come from Him. God existed from everlasting will exist to everlasting because God dwells in and inhabits eternity. Eternity comes from God because he is the Eternal One. God is eternal, thus He has no beginning or ending. He has always been and always will be. All will pass, and only God lasts.

Those that are of this world will pass away, as well as the world systems. However, God’s system- His kingdom- is spiritual and it lasts. earthly things will pass because they are temporal. Seek the eternal. Seek God and find Him. Know God. Love God. Receive God, for He will last and last and last. Those who are found in Him (believers) will last with Him forever. Those who reject Him will be forever in the lake of fire.

Choose this day whom you will serve- now and forever. Choose God, thus choosing everlasting life with Him. Believe and receive Jesus Christ. Believe in Who He is. Confess Him as your Lord and Savior, and You will live forever with the living Lord.
